At Brooch Bee, we stand by every product we sell. We will do everything we can to make you happy with your purchase, but if for some reason you're not completely satisfied within the first 30 days, we'll refund your money (less shipping/delivery & processing).
All items must be returned, at your expense, in original and unopened packaging. Items must be in new condition and not worn or washed.
All returns MUST include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), instructions are below to initiate a return. Please follow them carefully.
Important: Any item "Returned to sender" cannot be refunded.  We work with various fulfillment companies and suppliers which process thousands of orders a day.  They do not handle returns and refunds.  All returns must be sent to a specific address and must include a RMA in order to be processed for refund.

 

Damaged Items

If your product was damaged during delivery let us know right away. We will require some information from you as we will submit a claim. Please keep all wrapping, packaging materials, invoices and the damaged item, as they may be required to process the claim. Depending on the item we may send you a replacement right away or we may require you to wait for the claim to be processed before replacing the item.

Any damage caused by you or result of misuse or any other non shipping related damage is non refundable.

Defective Items

If your product arrives defective let us know right away.  We handle all defective items on a case by case basis.  Depending on the nature of the problem we may send a replacement right away, we may require photos and/or details regarding the defect, and / or we may require you to send us the item, at your expense, to be exchanged.  

To Initiate a Return

1. Email Customer Service

If you are looking to initiate a return drop us an email via the contact us link and let us know that you are wanting to initiate a return. We will work with you to make the process as smooth as possible and will keep an eye out for your RMA and your returned products.

2. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization
In order to receive a refund, it is critical that you have a Return Merchandise Authorization to ensure that your refund is credited to the correct account.  Our customer service agent will provide this information to you as well as the address for return.

3. Package Your Item for Return
To ensure your package arrives to us safely and undamaged, please pack each item in the original packaging, and remember to include all accessories, parts and pieces. You can use the original box that your items arrived in or another box of your choice.

4. Label Your Package
To receive the fastest credit possible, please remember to write your Return Merchandise Authorization clearly on the package and include it on a note inside the box. A Return Merchandise Authorization is required for us to be able to refund your purchase price.

5. Secure Your Package
We encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring the return shipment and sending it with a tracking number. The return must be shipped within 7 days of receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization. Be sure to save the receipt for your records. We regret that we cannot issue a credit or refund for any item that is damaged, lost in shipping, or sent COD. WE DO NOT ACCEPT WALK-IN RETURNS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. ALL RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED VIA MAIL.

5. Receive Your Refund
Online Credit card purchases will be refunded to your credit card company the day we process your return. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly statement. Refunds are for complete purchase price, but do not include shipping & processing charges.

PLEASE ALLOW US UP TO 2 WEEKS TO PROCESS YOUR RETURN, AND UP TO 30 DAYS FOR REFUNDS. We will always do our best to process your return and issue your refund as quickly as possible.
