Order Processing Time
Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed. Once orders are processed it is sent to our fulfillment to be packaged and shipped. You will usually receive tracking numbers within 3-5 business days once processed.
Time frames are approximate. Processing delays may occur.
Due to the ongoing complications caused by the pandemic, please be aware that orders may have a long delivery time frame. Please be patient when ordering and please only place your order if you are willing to wait for your order to arrive.

Our shipping rate is $9.99 USD for orders less than $50 USD. We offer free shipping for orders above $50 USD.

We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. We are working on shipping to other countries.
On average orders take approximately 1-2 weeks to arrive. Due to possible delays caused ongoing complications from the pandemic we are unable to provide an estimated delivery time.
Our business is finding unique and beautiful pins and brooches from around the world and as such suppliers are located throughout the world. We have partnered with various fulfillment companies to source our products. As a result when you place your order it may be shipped by one or more fulfillment centers. This means for one order you may receive multiple packages which will be received at different times depending on the originating country and customs. We will not charge you any extra for having to ship the items separately and you will receive tracking numbers for each package shipped.
Mid January to Early February Orders
After the holidays we take a little time to ourselves. We are still open for business as usual and will continue to process orders as they arrive, however with limited staff during this time expect some delays in your order being processed. We really appreciate your order and ask for your patience during this time. Also keep in mind that our fulfillment centers are located in various countries including China and they are celebrating their new year. Any portion of your order that will be dispatched from China may be delayed in getting processed due to their holiday. We ask for your patience and thank you for your order!
